Updating Information
Dear Participants of the MINM2010,
Registration & Payment Please be informed that early bird registration (abstract submission) has been extended till September 25, 2010. Acceptance notification will be in October 15, 2010. We suggest that you should consider sending your registration fee as early as possible to avoid last minute complications (regarding wire-transfer, fax-transmission, mail order form and on-line payment) and the late registration fees. Please send a copy of your bank transfer to the conference e-mail. If you require 3-stars hotel, please indicate that in the accommodation sheet, so that we can ensure reservation.
Limited number of rooms has been allocated at the Pyramisa Hotel (conference venue) for the conference participants, special rates are only available to those who register and book from http://www.cmrdi.sci.eg/minm2010/Pyramiza Hotel.doc. Please fill the form and send it to the hotel and a copy to MINM2010.
Poster Format The poster authors are requested to prepare their presentations in 100 cm hight x 70 cm width in Portrait orientation.
On request, CMRDI will issue a letter to participants to facilitate issuing their visa to Egypt. Please let us know if you need such a letter.
Accompanying Persons The fee is US$ 250. Accompanying persons are family dependents of participants and are not allowed to attend the conference sessions. They should be neither a co-author nor a researcher in material science. In the mean time, participants should not attend the accompanying persons daily cultural program.
Proceeding and Publication The full texts of the accepted papers will be saved on a CD and distributed to the delegates during the conference. Selected manuscripts will be published in an international peer reviewed journal “International Journal of Nanoparticles”. Please refer to the journal webpage for preparing your manuscript “http://www.inderscience.com/mapper.php?id=31“.
