CALL FOR PAPERS Authors are invited to submit abstracts (200 words) on the above topics by August 15th 2010.
PROCEEDINGS The full texts of the accepted papers will be saved on a CD and distributed to the delegates during the conference. Contacts will be made to publish quality papers in specialized international journals and periodicals after peer review.
LANGUAGE The official language of the conference is English which will be used for presentations and printed materials. Video projectors and PCs will be available for oral presentations. The time for oral lecture is 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussions) whereas the time for keynote lecture is 40 minutes. EXHIBITION An Exhibition is planned during the conference demonstrating developments in various aspects in the field of materials, including new equipments, technologies, processes, publications, consultancy and engineering services ….. etc. US $ 800/ booth (about 4 m2) is charged covering a desk, 2 chairs and a stand. The fee covers lunch and refreshment for 2 persons.
POSTERS Posters will be scheduled in the poster session. The poster authors are requested to prepare their presentations in 100 cm length x 70 cm height. The poster authors should be available near their poster at the time of poster session. IMPORTANT GUIDELINES *Upon request, CMRDI will issue a letter to participants to facilitate issuing visa to Egypt.
*Weather
during conference time is mild cool, maximum temperature is 20°C,
minimum is 8°C,
rain is scarce but expected. Light woolen clothes are recommended.
*Currency
in Egypt is the Egyptian pound (L.E. /
EGP). One US$ equals about 5.5 L.E. (subject to
change). Foreign currency exchange is very easy. *Electricity in Egypt is 220 volts, 50 Hz , 2 round prongs outlet. *Transportation from and to airport is very easy, we recommend Taxi/Limousine, average rate US$ 30/journey. |
