Three scientists from CMRDI awarded the state prizes in 2008.?This was stated in a press conference held by the minister of High Education on following the meeting of the Council of the Academy of scientific research in its collection. The first prize was for Prof. Dr. Adel Abdel Moniem Noval in the field of Engineering Science, it is about two hundred thousand pounds, a gold medal and a certificate from Academy.

The second and third prizes is for Dr. Adel Ismail in the field of Advanced Technological Science ,and Dr.El Sayed AbdelAal in the field of chemical Science which is the Encouragement State Prize , the value of each of them is fifty thousand pounds and a certificate from the academy.
