Studying The Conductance of Organic Molecules with The Noble Metal Electrodes PDF Print E-mail

Mr. Ahmed Shawky Ghareeb, a research assistant at Nanostructured Materials and Nanotechnology Division, came back from Japan after 6 months from October 2008 to April 2009 as a member of the Partnership and  Ownership agreement (ParOwn), at Hokkaido University, Japan. During his stay, He studied the conductance  of organic molecules with the noble metal electrodes in the form of molecular junctions, which is of great interest for the future molecular electronics instead of Si based technology. His work is presented in the  64th annual meeting of the physical society of Japan from 27-30 March, 2009 in Tokyo.
