1- Soft and Hard ferrites

  •  Hexagonal barium and strontium ferrite for microwave absorbance and magnetic applications
  • Bioactive magnetic materials for cancer treatment and bone scaffolds
  • Synthesis of ferrites from secondary resources and local ores

2- Ferroelctrics, paraelectric and piezoelectric materials

  • Synthesis and characterization of barium titanate and lead titanate by advanced techniques for electrical industries applications.  
  • Synthesis of strontium titanate from local celestite ore.
  • Calcium stannates for carbon monoxide sensing and catalysis.
  • Special tension to lead free piezoelectric materials

3- Multiferroic Compounds

  • BiFeO3 as multiferroic compounds
  • LaCrO3 and LaFeO3 as multiferroic compounds
  • Special attention to manganites materials for lithium ion batteries and magnetic applications

4- Semiconductors and high temperature superconductors

  • Metal doped titania for spintronics devices and photocatalysis
  • Transformation of silica fume to chemical mechanical polishing slurry for semiconductors manufacturing
  • Titania nanoparticles for dye sensitized solar cells
  • Copper oxides for magnetic and solar cells applications
  • Diluted magnetic semiconductors for spintronics devices. 
  • Metal doped  Zinc sulfide for magnetic and optical applications
