• Development and preparation of metal alloys reinforced with C or ceramic particles or fiber by stir casting, squeeze casting, pressure infiltration and gas pressure infiltration.
  
• Processing of amorphous materials by melt-spinning method
  
• Processing of amorphous matrix composite material
  
• Processing and characterization for nanostructure composite material
  
• Development of new treatment methods for the reinforcements to improve wetting with the matrix alloy.
  
• Development of new heat treatment regimes for the composites.
  
• Characterizations of the microstructure and interface between the matrix and reinforcement in the composites.
  
• Evaluation of the mechanical properties (tensile-fatigue-impact- hardness) of the composites.
  
• Evaluation of Tribological properties of the composites.
