Publication
The Organizing Committee has signed a publishing
agreement with Trans Tech Publications Ltd. to publish SPCI-9
proceedings in the periodical “Key Engineering Materials-KEM”
[www.ttp.net/kem], with a separate book edition for the Symposium
participants and for general sale. The periodical is available in full
text online at
www.scientific.net.
As you know, KEM is indexed by:

ISI (ISTP, CPCI,
Web of Science) www.isinet.com, as ISI-Conference Proceedings now with
Web of Science.

Chemical Abstracts (CA)
www.cas.org
·
Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA)
www.csa.com

www.scopus.com
and others.
According to
our agreement with TTP, we will forward the complete camera-ready
manuscript maximum 6 pages, prepared in accordance with the Trans Tech
editor and typing instructions (attached) to the publisher not later
than 1st August 2010. TTP will then produce and deliver the
bound proceedings to the organizers before the Symposium date. As a
result of this publication plan, we had to slightly reschedule the
deadlines for submitting the papers to be as follows:

Full manuscript;
to be submitted before 1st April 2010.
·
Notification with
the peer-reviewers comments; before 1st June 2010.
· Submission of
final form of full manuscript before 1st July 2010.
